The recipes used have been handed down by generations of great Italian cooks. My grandparents came from Calabria and Rome, they settled in Endicott, New York with many other Italian families. This small town in upstate New York was a “little Italy” full of Italian tradition, food, and family. I grew up following the same traditions my grandparents started. The kitchen was always the main gathering room, the smell of fresh sauce simmering on the stove, fresh bread baking in the oven enveloped you as soon as you walked in the door (without knocking). My goal is to share this experience with my customers, feed them like family, and let them experience the way food can make you feel the love.
Always fresh, hot & delicious. Just like Grandma used to make it. Mangiare!!
This was the best Italian food I have had since moving from the east coast. It was fantastic. I ordered the meatball sandwich and my wife ordered the Italian nachos. The portions are huge and very affordable.

Thank you very much!
Ginny treats everyone like family. She has the biggest heart and an amazing cook. Give it a try-you’ll come back for more.
We only had the fried gnocci but it was so good. And affordable
It is so refreshing finding an Italian food truck. My Italian sausage and pepper sandwich was simply amazing not to mention the generous portions.
